I design products. Then I build the systems and tools that let everyone else ship them too.

How I Work
I started in product design — shipping features, running growth experiments, owning things end to end. The same problems kept showing up across products, so I built a design system from scratch. I own both the Figma and React side of it, and it serves 4 products at Toggl.
Even with the system in place, the design-to-code handoff was slow. So I built AI tooling: Claude Code skills, MCP servers, a Figma-to-React pipeline. 10 designers and PMs now ship production PRs every week without writing code.
Resume
Started on Toggl Work as the sole designer across onboarding, expenses, time off, trips, benefits, and cross-feature IA. Time Off now ships inside Toggl Track. Built Flow DS from scratch — Toggl's shared design system, designed for 6 products and serving 4 in production today (React + Figma). Built the AI tools the whole design team uses daily, and contributed to growth experiments on signup and onboarding.
Ran an 8-person team building the Al.ta Cucina app (120K+ downloads, 4.8 rating). Owned vision, roadmap, research and data. Hired an intern who grew into a full-timer. Fine-tuned GPT models for a recipe parser — the first AI-powered "digital Nonna."
Led product design across 3 client engagements in under a year: Streamlayer (sports streaming plug-in), Majid Al Futtaim, and Agos.
Took over the Sleep Number redesign after the first sprint and ran it for a year (1.4M+ users), mentoring a junior designer through the whole thing. Also worked on Dolby, Asana, and Kohler.
Design sprints, prototyping, user testing. Shipped the Dry January app. Graduated First Class Honours in Graphic Design from Solent University.
Beyond Work
rooki.design
Online magazine for design students with free resources and interviews. Hit #7 on Product Hunt, sponsored by Awwwards and The FWA.
Mentoring
Teaching is how I learn best. I've mentored designers at every company I've worked at — interns and juniors, through full product cycles. Currently mentoring through BuddyJob.
